Aserola is a dense, fast-growing shrub found in most of the subtropical regions of the world. This plant has small pink and white flowers that turn bright red when ripe. It is often referred to as Asrola and is enjoyed for its delicious and sweet taste. Ground acerola powder is extracted from the ripe fruits of Malpighia glabra and is a delicious and nutritious addition to smoothies, smoothies and extracts. Aserola berry powder can be used in many skin care products.
 
Although Asrola is grown in most of the subtropical regions of the world today, linguistic evidence seems to point to Yucatan as the source of the fruit. It grows in South Texas, Florida, the Caribbean and Southeast Asia and is the largest plant in Brazil. Aserola is a fast growing shrub or small tree with pink and white flowers. The fruits are round and oval, have three lobes and should have a pleasantly sour taste. When ripe, they are bright red and ripen about 25 days after the first shoots appear.
